guilty every time i eat, no matter what i eat, i feel really guilty. what is wrong with me? some of my friends say i am anorexic because i skip meals sometimes (not a lot tho) and i am always on a diet. help!!!!!!!!!

You are unfrotunately anorexic. You show all the psychological symptoms.
You are not fat. Try a BMI calculator, and you will see that you are indeed not fat. You may even be underweight! ^^ ]
As long as your healthy and eating ok. I'm not saying that you have to eat perfectly. You should be fine and you shouldn't have to worry. i do the same thing i only eat when im hungery but yet im still healthy. ]
You have a psychological disorder called anorexia. Anorexia doesn't mean starving yourself...it means being uncontrollably self concious about your weight and such to the point of feeling guilty about eating. You don't have to worry, it is something that you can overcome. The best thing to do is to start talking to your school guidance counselor, or seek help from a psychologist. Your problem is not your weight, it is your mindset. Nutritional and psychological counseling can help you overcome it. ]
well you seem to be a little self conscious about your body appearance. Skipping meals or not eating is Not the answer. if you are looking for diet plans, Eat Less Not Nothing. Do Sit ups and Push ups Every day. And eventually the Fat in your body will be burned and turned into Muscle. Dont Worry Your beautiful the way you are and dont let anyone make you think otherwise.

Dont skip any more meals this will make you ill. Just eat healthy and cut down on junk food. and your friends are just concerned for you. dont feel guilty becuase you need to eat!! ]
Well do you feel like you have a weight problem? If your not comfortable with your weight try exercising like sit ups or if you have a dog walk your dog a lot and eat healthy foods. Yeah...you may be in the beginning stages of anorexia, and the guilt thing goes along with that. and you may not actually be fat, but people have a tendency to be hard on themselves and be very critical of appearances, so while you may see youself as fat, others don't. My advice, try to eat something at each meal, even if it's not alot and if you can't do that eat one bigger meal a day, and then just snack on healthy stuff. don't eat too much or u will feel guilty and that could lead to bingeing. hope everything works out and u can im me at southernsweetyeh if you need more help! ]

You should never feel like you have to go on a diet instead of dieting you could try to eat healthy foods. You should never skip meals, skipping meals is unhealthy and wont give you the nutrients that you need to be healthy. Never feel guilty about anyting that you eat if you eat something unhealthy just try to eat healthier the next day or exercise it off. Dont skip meals and dont feel guilty!:) ]
