Forbiddenxo answered Saturday July 2 2005, 10:41 pm: curl your lashes, then put maskara on right away.then right after curl them again and lift the curler up towards the sky and close your eyes halfway when taking curler off your lashes.then apply maskara again.then do the same to the other eye.then apply eyeliner from the middle of your lower lid, to the end toward your ear.then use light eyeshadow.any more questions leave it in my inbox
MHScutie87 answered Saturday July 2 2005, 6:11 pm: hey use a brown eyeliner on your top outer lid. dont use black becaus it can
make you look 'squinty' especially if you put too much on. also, use an eyelash curler to make your eyes look more OPEN. then also use brown or black mascara like covergirl fantastic lash!
katholeen answered Saturday July 2 2005, 5:18 pm: White eyeliner makes your eyes look bigger... Don't use dark make up, it will make them a LOT smaller looking, which you don't want. [ katholeen's advice column | Ask katholeen A Question ]
