♥ hey.
i have a Question. At night I exfoliate and use moisturizer and i sue stridex pads. Should I use my stridex pads after i moisturize? or will that be to much? and i also have a cleanser and Do u think i should use an exfoliater then cleanse? Im so confused because I want to do all of that but it might be too much for my face. what do you think? -THANKSS-xoxo I RATE HIGH! And also if I should ue all of that..then in what order?

you shouldn't use too much products at the same time cuz it might dry your face. you could try also cleaning your face in the morning instead of doing everything at night. that way you'll be using the same products, but it wont be to much for your face. I think you should use the cleanser and then the exfoliater. then at night, use the stridex pads and then moisturize. but if you want to do it all at night, then the order should be cleanse, exfoliate, stridex pads, moisturizer. when you use the cleanser, it'll get rid of the dirt and oil in your pores. then when you use the exfoliater, which will help to make your skin look more healthy and smooth. then the stridex pads to treat your pimples, and then the moisturizer to moisturizer your skin.. your should use the moisturizer before you use the stridex pads because if you think about it, stridex pads are wet, and they'll most likely wipe away the moisturizer when you use it. if you have any questions, just ask me... :) [ azngemini's advice column | Ask azngemini A Question ]

Here's what I would do: Use your exfoliator 2 times a week then moisturize (no cleanser these days becasue the exfoliator is doing the work of the cleanser). Space those two days apart. Then the other 5 days use your cleanser then your moisturizer the other days. Moisturizer is ALWAYS last. Make sure you are getting something that does not clog pores if you are having to use stridex for acne. If you do not have acne - don't use the stridex. It's full of alcohol that will just dry out your skin.

I also doubled checked with her on this just to make sure. What you need to do is cleanse your face twice. Once is to get the makeup and anything else off that may be on your face from the day. The second time is to really cleanse your face. Then you need to exfoliate, don't feel like you have to rub to hard because you don't want to over exfoliate your skin and sensitize it. Then you need to moisturize. I honestly don't think you really need to use the stridex pads, but if you do do it right before you moisturize. To get exceptionally clear skin it really depends on what cleanser your using. I can give you a full list of what you should look for on labels to stay away from and I can do the same for your makeup, cause that also makes a big difference. IM me or email me and I will get back to you asap!

1) use the exfoliator to open up your pores
2) cleanse pores after they are open
3) use the moisturizer to provide moisture while your pores are nice and open and cleansed *use hot water too
3) stridex pads are to be used after your face has been washed so if you really want you can end your routine with these medicated pads
