Strapless Bra
I'm 12 and a female and i really need a strapless bra but i'm only in an A.Where can I get a cheap,good strapless bra?

If you are an A cup then it would probably be better to just go braless than buy a strapless bra. Strapless bras don't offer a huge amount of support, and as they are notoriously uncomfortable (they have to be quite tight to stay up!) you'd probably be more comfortable braless if you aren't desperately in need of extra support. It might feel weird being braless when you are used to more support, but being able to go without when wearing certain outfits is one of the great things about having relatively small breasts.

Assuming that the 12 was a typo and you're really 13...
Chances are you don't need a bra. And you're not gonna like this suggestion probably, but oh well, I don't really care if you do anyway.
Go ask your mom (or gaurdian, if that's the case). She's your mother, she is (at least supposed to be) there for you, and your best resource for this. She's had to buy bra's since she was a teen, probably, and has more experience. Unless she's never worn bra's. In which case, go to a friend's mom.
I don't see how you would need a bra at 12 (*ahem* I meant 13), or at size A (and don't be in a rush to get bigger boobs - they really aren't that great, IMO... and they sag when you get older), but if you do, asking someone who can help you with the shopping itself will serve you best.

If you're a cup size A, you're probably safe to go without any bra at all!
If it's for a formal dress or something, you'll be fine for one evening with no bra...and you'll save yourself some money.
But if you must buy one, cheapie stores you might try are walmart, target, etc.

Wal-Mart is were I always get mine.. its the cheapest place that i know off.

i got my first strapless bra at marshalls for $4 but they might not have any there anymore but you can try. maybe you should try a bra that also comes with straps that can be removed.

Well i dont know if they have them where you live but the best place is La Senza you can get 3 bra's for 30 $ and there are tons of strapless bras
