it is possible. or maybe you aren't eating as much as you used to, like eating more of certain foods than other. i lost a lot of weight from not eating certain things that i used to eat in bulk...
age may have a difference, but also as you get older, you tastes for certain foods either gets broader or is shrinks a little.
hope i helped.

no, it's not your metabolism increasing. this happened to my friend, and she just started exercising a lot and she would lose her apetitie because her metabolism was decreasing. she lost a lot of weight and she became clinically depressed. there are a lot of factors in this weight loss, it doesn't exactly have to do with your metabolism. also having a fast metabolism does not mean that you lose weight, it just means you process food faster and get hungrier and must eat a lot but you still maintain your original weight.

well you gain or lose weight when you get your period. do you exercise when you are digesting. like about a 1/2 hour after you eat. because that makes your metabolism increase

I'm not possitive but I think your metabolism slows as you get older. Thats why its so hard for adults to loose weight. You way just be having an appetie change. Are you depressed? Thats can have a HUGE impact on your weight!
