You could just buy new eyes =] I hear they don`t cost too much but if they are you can just rip them out of someone you don`t find socially stimulating. It will relieve your stress & help with your poor eyesight!!!

there isn't a way to just improve your vision unless you use like laser surgery. but that costs A LOT of $$$!!! if you just go on without wearing contacts or glasses, then your vision will continue to get worse. i have bad vision too, so i wear contacts instead of glasses because glasses look weird on me. if your afraid that your contacts will fall out when you play sports, they won't. they don't even fall out when you swim. also, it's not annoying to have to put it in everyday, because it only takes like 5 secs. to put them in. if you get contacts, if they make your eyes get red and start to ich and hurt and stuff, then get a new solution for it. that's what i did because i was allergic to my solution. you can get the solution at walgreens and stuff like that.
**hope i helped!**

Well maybe this will work, but you have got to be consistent. First. you should be taking
bilberry extract for your vision. It is an herb that is recommended to prevent macular degeneration. naturopathic doctors recommend it very much. I take it myself, and it has greatly improved my vision, especially at night.
Bilberry extract. it is perfectly safe to take, it comes from a plant.
Another person I know who is 97, and does not wear glasses, still, says tht there is an exercise that you can do to improve and save your vision. You HAVE to do it every day.
Either do this or imagine it.
Paint a VERY LARGE X on a large sheet of white paper. Paint 5 of them. No in a small room, with four walls, put three on the wall in front of you, one on the right, one on the left and one in themiddle., And put two on the wall behind your back. Right and left.
Now stand in front and EXERCISE your eye muscles by following the figure of the X while looking at the one on the right then the one on the left and then the one in the middle. BUT KEEP YOUR HEAD LOOKING STRAIGHT FORWARD. Then imagein that you can see behind you and exercise your eye muscles by following the form of the x on the right behind you, then on the left.
Excercising the muscles that controll your eyes, increases blood flow there by increasing oxegyn and nurtients to the eye. And removed toxins.

IT sounds like alot of work, but I was told this is guaranteed to work, but you must do it every day. Other wise, I know of no other solution.
Tryit and see whathappens. Don't forget the Bilberry. You can look up Bilberry extract on the internet, and you will see that a lot of info comes up about how it helps your eyes and your vision.

Michele

Addendum,
You can get bilberry extract on line at any health food and vitamin dealer. Or at any health food and vitamin store in town GNC, perhaps, and they may have it at a pharmacy that sells, vitamins. Don't get the cheap stuff.

i am completely color blind (really). how do you fix that? nothing cheap about vision. even glasses and contacts are relatively expensive. i know that in general, vision worsens over time. glasses and contacts are just a "band-aid" so to speak. meaning that our vision can still worsen over time. only way really to improve vision that i have heard of is that laser surgery. several co-workers of mine have had it. but we are talking big $$$$$$. so to answer your question, no, i know of no ways to improve vision. for some humor for the day, you could always wear a blind fold all day and imagine what you see. now THAT is vision.

There is no easy way, if you dont wear your contacts or glasses your vision will continue to get worse. I don't know why you dont like wearing contacts, but if its because they are uncomfortable, they make many different brands that you can't even feel, mayb try a new brand.
