You should only be worried if all of a sudden you have to pee more than normal, and/or it hurts when you pee, and/or there is blood in your pee. That could mean you have a bladder infection. in total, it actually takes 20-30 hours to digest something. if something is digested too quickly then it will come out unpleasantly. :P
