Pilates is a work of exercising. It is by a woman named Winsor PIlates. SHe helps celebrities stay in shape and loose weight. It is mainly a type of exercise.

it's just this exercise work out thing. it's a little like yoga, but it helps to tone your muscles and stuff, and it also makes you more flexible. it's really cool, and it keeps your body in great shape

its excersizes that tone the core. thats like your abs and stuff. im sure you can find some stuff online. i wish i could explain it better...theyre fun by the way. <3
