Pilates is a work of exercising. It is by a woman named Winsor PIlates. SHe helps celebrities stay in shape and loose weight. It is mainly a type of exercise. ]
it's just this exercise work out thing. it's a little like yoga, but it helps to tone your muscles and stuff, and it also makes you more flexible. it's really cool, and it keeps your body in great shape ]
