How do i get the guy i want. i just want to get to know him better. basically how do i get into a relationship to the point that he can actually say hi to me? Thanks in advance!

Be happy. If you smile you will look more approachable and friendly. He wont want to be with someone who looks unhappy all the time. Also when your with your mates and he's with his, flash him a nice flirty smile.
Give him compliments. Guys get insecure about themselves just as much as us girls so he'll love it when you boost his confidence now and then.
Find out what kinda stuff he is into. Then do some secret research on it. he'll think its cool that you like the same cool band as him or his fave movie. Don't go overboard though, if you have Everything in common with him it'll soon get boring.
Laugh at his jokes, even the bad ones. not hysterically though or he might twig what you're up to.

zapreth answered Thursday May 26 2005, 6:52 pm: Just say Hi everytime you see him. This will train him to say hi back eventually. Soon he will actually say hi to you first when he sees you because he will be expecting you to say hi to him. I know this answer must sound smart assed, but from your question you wanted him to say hello to you on a regular basis. This will work. It does take patience and friendliness. With true luck he'll eventually be comfortable enough with hello to say something else. Luck and Love! [ zapreth's advice column | Ask zapreth A Question ]
bass_chick answered Thursday May 26 2005, 6:44 pm: ha i can answer this! alright first you should find out things he likes to do.. like his favorite cd. (ect) once you've got that its time to make your move. my personally favorite move it the "accidently bump into him" yea i no lame but it works maybe even drop a few things (perhapes a cd/book.. something hes interested in) OK so if he helps u pick up your things work it from there. HAVE FUN WITH IT!
its kinda a differnt approch but why not try it? i mean going up to someone and saying hi is soo overated. o if you have any clases with him u could ask for the homework. perhapes give me more information about him and then i could give you more ideas

Crizma answered Thursday May 26 2005, 6:04 pm: This may sound like an obvious answer but.. just be yourself!
You may make a point to walk in the area you know he will be and casually say "hello". That way he will be made aware of you. Don't be afraid to say Hi first. Just do not overdo it. Don't be pushy or annoying.
Guys like to go for girls that they have to chase, ones that aren't overly available. They like a challenge.
Don't try to be what HE likes , just be you. Think about it... if you have to change yourself to suit anyone else Whats the use? Be proud of YOU and take pride in being YOu and don't bother with anyone you have to go out of your normal behavior to please. [ Crizma's advice column | Ask Crizma A Question ]
