ok so i go on holiday on the 25th of july. i am skinny but i want to lose weight on the top part of my legs. can any one help me? will i have to change my diet?

Why don't you exercise, like run or ride a bike. ]
Try toning your legs up Do some walking swimming and eat healthy really you cant just eat different and lose weight of your legs it doesnt work that way you need to do exercise. Also you have muscle at the top of legs and people often think its just them but its muscle.

Hi. Honestly you shouldnt be on a diet. I weigh 90 lbs and Im 14. I have huge thihgs for a little girl. Every once in a while I worry but if your into guys there into that because you at least have a little bit of meet. So just dont worry about it. I hope I helped you.

You should probably lay off foods high and fat and sugar. Drink green tea everyday (no sugar added!) and If you have a treadmill, run two miles every other day. That should help. :) ]
you don't need to go on a diet but to work up upper thigh do use ab work outs. that should help

To loose weight in a specific part of the body you need to focuse your excersice there. Try biking. There is not a diet for "leg" weight loss. Just be sensible in what you eat with a low fat, low calorie diet. ]
