ok so i go on holiday on the 25th of july. i am skinny but i want to lose weight on the top part of my legs. can any one help me? will i have to change my diet?

mrs_radcliffe answered Thursday May 26 2005, 1:45 pm: Try toning your legs up Do some walking swimming and eat healthy really you cant just eat different and lose weight of your legs it doesnt work that way you need to do exercise. Also you have muscle at the top of legs and people often think its just them but its muscle.

Every once in a while I worry but if your into guys there into that because you at least have a little bit of meet. So just dont worry about it. I hope I helped you.
