absoutly not. Its not a crime. you could have a crush on a 38 year old man. but in that case you couldnt date him. Just whatever you do dont let what other people say interfear in what you think of him because he moght like you to. Hope I helped

Normally, it really isn't an issue, but the fact that you are both really young, might be an issue. When two people are both under 14, that two years age differance can really be an issue. It's not really wrong to have a crush on him, but I do suggest you don't act on it. Maybe wait a few years?
