However, in the past group study sessions really work for me. Hold the sessions somewhere quiet; therefore they're no distractions. Also, you can take pre-exams on the internet. My school gives us sites to help us prepare. Check with your guidance counselor or even just a teacher to see if they have any systems set up. good luck on your finals :-D
texas_girl answered Sunday May 22 2005, 12:49 pm: ok i know this probably doesnt help cuz i cant give you an exact place to go, but in my school district they have set up different websites where you can go and take mock exams and get your scores. But if i were you i would get a friend to write up like 20 questions and answer them it really helps!
hope i helped

Peachgirly answered Sunday May 22 2005, 12:48 pm: Have a group study session with your friends and it really helps. Have your friends quiz you and when you don't get something you can ask them. But if you can't have a study session with your friends then have a family member or a sibling help you study and test you. Also bring your books/materials home and for each subject review it by writing some things that you didn't know or get. Try making flashcards and study them. Study each day little by little. if you just cram the night before the finals you might not do so well on the finals. Good Luck! ♥ Peachgirly [ Peachgirly's advice column | Ask Peachgirly A Question ]
K2204 answered Sunday May 22 2005, 11:34 am: well, i have my mom quiz me, and i also use flash cards, i am a horrible person with studying too! but those two have helped alot for me, you'd be supprised at how much you learn with flash cards, just keep on going through them, and gradually take out the ones that you know really well!

gsngirl7 answered Sunday May 22 2005, 9:20 am: Try studyin a little each night. You dont have to study alot each night, but set aside half an hour or so. Also try to get your friends together for a study group. That way studying can be fun with your friends. Hope my advice helps! [ gsngirl7's advice column | Ask gsngirl7 A Question ]

LoveNJstyle answered Sunday May 22 2005, 9:16 am: i feel your pain. i rarely study but when i do, i turn on some music, sit in a chair (not floor or something comfy) and just read through the whole thing, look at key points & make flash cards. it varies for every subject tho. make sure you are comfortable with explaining everything..that means you know it. try studying with someone that knows what theyre talking about so you can understand it. <3 [ LoveNJstyle's advice column | Ask LoveNJstyle A Question ]
