i live in this very small town and im 14 and so is jessica, we've been goodfriennds since we were 10 and she was always sort of an ugly girl, but now shes really gorgeus, shes fit into her body, pretty face, killer body.. she has the whole package. i love her becuz shed never ditch me and shes still the same but now shes been seeing or hangin out with older guys, some 18, some 21, or 23. and i mean if she can do it good for her but i hungout with her, this 22 year old john and his friend vince and i mean we rented a hotel and her and john went in but me and vince stayed in the car and we smoked and kind of hookedup, im getting feelinds for him and i know hes older but is it ok? she didnt make me like him or anything

I think that it's ok because it doesn't matter if the guy is 20, 30, 40, 50 , or 80. It doesn't matter because al long as u like him and he likes u it's fine. The only problem here is what your parents would think.

Number one, you shouldn't be smoking, it can kill you. And no you shouldn't be hanging out with guys that much older than you, as much as you may think you like them/him they are more mature than you and dude their college age guys! They're gonna be into sex and drugs and things you aren't ready for. Sure not all of them are going to be bad sexaholics but alot of guys will try to. Of course you'd be attracted to an older guy... anyway, that is incredibly illegal. I know in my state an 18 year old can legally have sex with a 15 year old, but that's the limit. So no, it's not okay. And what your friend did isn't ok either. Sounds like she's over-compensating for not getting any action earlier by being a slut.

It's your choice, but here's what I think...
He's 22. Your 14. The age difference is a lot. He's probably about to finish college...you're just entering high school. Even if you like him and he likes you, your interests may change. He'll have to get a job soon...
My uncle and aunt have a big age difference between them, and to tell you the truth, they aren't doing so great. He's way older than her, and wants to settle down and relax...she's still got the mindset of 'its time to partayyyy!' Their age difference sets them apart.
So, if you really like the guy, and he likes you, go ahead, but just know that he might be taking advantage of you...and besides, maybe you'll find someone AWESOME that's closer to your own age.

its perfectly ok for you to like older guys, as long as you're choosy about the guy and how old they are, I wouldnt go for any guys older than 18 at the most right now because they will definately want sex and for someone your age to have sex with anyone 18 or older is illegal. get to know them as well as you can before you decide to do anything with them. its always a really good idea to find out what other people think about them first too just to find out about what kind of person they are. and if you do decide to do anything with them be prepared for people to judge you because there are alot of people that will give you shit for going out with an older guy. good luck, and happy hunting :)
