MAkeover Aspects
Me and my friend want to give my REALLY nerdy other friend a makeover at my house. She's the sensitive type, so how do I approach it? She has a unibrow, HIDEOUS nails, she wears pokemon shirts and granny jeans, her hair is frizzy, heavy, and waist length, and she desperately needs makeup. She desperately needs a new look, so how do my best friend and i approach her and give it to her? What things do I need to change to make her not-so-nerdy (nothing like cutting her hair)? I rate 5's

Shiitt.. i can help you on this one !! KK well first approach her by saying ((lets just say her name is Leah K?lol) be like "hey leah , no offense but lately me and my friend have been wanting to give you a makeover,and well Can we ? .. it may not be the best , but hey ! its something lol !! KK...:
First:Make her eyebrows pretty,dont make them to skinny or else they'll look all jufdjh#@$%^
Second:Give her a reallyyy nice manicure ! Hmm french tips might look pretty on her !
Third:Make her wear RAD clothes for instance .. Abercrombie , or Pacsun .. they have good clothing !
Fourth:If her hair is frizzy and long , it would be best if you use a Pantene Pro V Shampoo and Conditioner..Hair blow dy down and then straighten !! and then after wards put some shine ..not too much or it'll look oily!
Fifth-Make-up,dont make it look dull,or too slutty , make it Hmm..like Classic look, pretty pink lipgloss with a pretty eyeshadow and blush !

maybe you can just ask her over for a sleep over .. and then when you get there be like .. hey i have always wanted to do your hair! then go on to do her make up .. and have your other friend do he nails and maybe take her shopping after that.
and make sure you keep saying "wow you look great!" and stuff like that so she will want to keep the look.
do you have school dances? maybe you could do it on the night of that? so everyone could see her?

Throw a party for you three and on the invitation write down that it's a makeover party. Get a ride to the mall and first start on the hair salon. This is really the place to do everything to make sure that you don't make a mistake. It's about $5 for an eyebrow wax, and $10 for a quickie hair style that won't cut her hair down, but will reduce the frizz. If you really want to go all-out, go ahead and take her to Hollister, American Eagle Outfitters, Aeropostale, etc. but I suggest that to make her look presentable just take her to Target. The clothes are basic and neat with clean lines and good colors, and just buy her a few nice things that will be really easy to accessorize and match, like a black knee length skirt, a white babydoll top (if you like that look) a couple of pastel short-sleeved polos, and a bunch of shorts in neutral colors (black, khaki, navy blue) and she will be a new person!

Wow! This is a tough one! Idk- just be like well lets all give eachother makeovers! and do make up and things like that and show her how to apply it and really make her like the way it looks. Then maybe another day soon go shopping and buy some cute summer outfits and maybe pick up a few pieces of make up (you know basics like powder, eye liner<--my fave, mascara, and maybe eye shadow) possibly some moose or gel or something to help the frizzy hair, shoudnt be too expensive . .by all means . .your really helping her out in the long run! have fun ;] <3

the way I would approach it is just be like, let's go shopping, buy u a cute outfit! then we can totally make you look adorable! tell her she already looks fine, btu just say you want to see what she would look like if you did this and that.

invite her and your other friend over for a sleep over and start giving each other makeovers...but pretend like its a game and give your other friend a make over too and then you get a makeover so she thinks that your not just giving her one cause that might hurt her feeling. :) hope i've helped!!

What should do is have a sleepover first and then just start talking about makeup and makeovers. Then, you can do eyebrows and hair and everything they would do at a salon. Then start dressing up and maybe do a fashion show and give her some tips and how to dress but act normal and nice about it. On her birthday or something you and friends could take her to go shopping for an outift or two and get things done for her like her hair and nails and eyebrows and just let her know your good friends with her and tell her she can count on you guys for really good fashion tips. Don't make it seem like you planned it. Out of nowhere be like 'OMG! Let's give eachother makeovers' except only give her one and when she offers to do you mention another activity.For 1.fix her eyebrows.Try some stuff to make frizz go away.Show her how to do cute hairstyles.Go to some stores that have cute clothes but if they are expensive go to the sale rack.Give her a manicure.Just try not to crush her confidence.If she says something isn't her style respect her choice because you can't change her but only improve her.

Me and my friends did the same thing. All you need to do is just start talking to her. For a start. (unless you already have)
This is what we said. You would look so pretty with make up, and maybe some new shirts and cute caprees. (she wasnt very thin) Of course she didnt exactly take it seriously, and didnt really care, but, if you guys really want to just talk to her with stuff like that. it shoul word.
P.S. Changing her appearance may not get rid of her weirdness, but hey, its a start!

have her and ur friend come to your house. have your un nerdy friend give u a make-over and then give her one. and ask her if she wants one too. she should bcuz it would look fun!

Well I think maybe you and your friend need to invite the nerdy friend over to wherever you are doing the makeover.Then go through some fashion magazines and then say things like "this would look great on you." or something and suggest you to give makeovers for all of you or something. Dont make it focused on just her. Turn it in to something fun for all of you. Some tips you can do are,cut her nails nice/evenly then add some pretty nailpolish or just clear.For her hair,maybe perm it,wash it blow dry it and flat iron it. Add some make up and maybe take her to a near by nail salon to get her eyebrows waxed.Thats what I would do.Hope I helped!

ooh sounds fun! haha well have a sleep over! you her and your best friend...then to make it look like your not attacking her...make up your best friend first THEN say "hey were gunna do you now then you can do me!" for her unibrow...i have no idea how your going to approach that..try plucking her eye brows maybe then move to the unibrow? and for her nails im sure you know how to make those up! just file 'um cut 'um and paint them. Lone her some cloths that you dont really want anymore so she doesnt wear those pokemon shirts anymore... :o/ then for her hair have her wash it and either straiten it for her or curl it with a big barrel curling iron..one of the biggest...(you can find some at target, walgreens, or sallys) then jusst do her make up like you think would look good on her! if she refuses to the make over just say "oh come on itll be fun!! were both doing it too" good luck! and have fun!
