Ok this is what i do: I bought this purple bottle called catwalk at trade secret/tony&guy..it was like like $15 dollars but totally worth it!!! It made my hair 10 times stronger and got rid of split ends..and everyone like commented on how my hair was so soft and shiny! But if you're not willing to spend that much, then go to target or walmart or something..i'm sure they have like special serums to help..(ex: Aussie..i heard that makes your hair super soft!) hope i helped!

you probably wouldn't believe me if I told you this, but if you could find some horse shampoo,IT REALLY WORKS! I use it and it makes my hair so shiny! But when you get out of the shower, you HAVE to brush your hair as soon as possible, otherwise it won't work.

Pantene is RUBBISH. To begin with it works but after a while and especially because you are using it so often, it is putting a film around your hairs and not letting nutrients get to it. Try using a product like Tresemme which are really good. Try having a trim if you haven't had your hair cut in a while and also with your new conditioner, put loads on, wait for 5 mins and then rinse out as then you will be giving it an intense treatment.

I've tried just about every shampoo and conditioner out there. PAntene Pro V is one that I've never had a problem with and consistently will make my hair at least tolerable. Garnier, Herbal essences and basically anything else makes my hair greasy. If your hair is dull, then you need a good moisturizing shampoo, most brands have different types e.g. moisturizing, volumnizing, etc. Everyone's hair is different, so in all odds you should try a few, you can always get sample travel size bottles from most stores to try a few. Personally I like Brilliant Brunette, which is amazing and makes my hair nice and shiny and I get the volume enhancing one to give it a little more bounce. They also have Sheer Blonde and one for Redheads as well. It makes the color of you hair better and I've been using it for a while had no problems, usually I use a shampoo for a month or two and then have to get a new one. If your hair is sort of greasy or just doesn't feel clean, which would make it dull as well, get a clarifying shampoo, Neutrogena has a good one, this will clean any residue off of your hair. If your hair is just really dry, then VO5 Hot oil treatment is the best bet. HOpe I was of some help. Take care!!!

hey hun
wow i know what you mean
my hair use to be such a mess. Gosh i remember looking at everybodys hair and then looking at mines and thinking what am i doing wrong?! well dont worry
i have some tips. First off dont wash your hair everyday. Thats one of the reasons your hair doesn't shine nor is it silky. Try washing your hair every two days. You can still take a shower everyday as you should but dont wet your hair. Also try using more then one conditioner. Now i know this may sound silly but it works .. after you wash your hair take a cup of apple cider vinegar and pour it on your hair then wash it off with coldish warm water.
It really gives your hair that shine that you seek.
Dont worry it works. Its a russian secret. But i am here to share it with you. By the way dont worry after you wash your hair with cold water your hair wont smell like vinegar. Thats what i thought too. But it wont dont worry.

good luck

hope i helped

and if any problems or questions

just comment me or im me anytime

love always maria

Okay, my hair used to be like that..and look at it now. Haha, I started using Garnier Fructis and it basically..changed my life. Haha, my hair is now like everyone elses, silky and shiny. It used to be rough, and puffy..and just gross. I don't know, I think I just washed it really well one day and it started changing that day. It's wayy better now, I also use Loreal Kids..which is really good. ;D

Every time you run out of shampoo and conditioner, switch brands. Also, you might try a hot oil treatment. That's what works good for me. Next time you go to the salon, ask your stylist for some recomendations.
