15/f i wway overdid my texting and so now i have to pay the bill its 300+ dollars and the only way i can pay for it is to get a job... right now im looking at sonic... but does any body know of any places that have jobs available for 15 year olds??
Karen answered Wednesday April 20 2005, 11:51 am: I have done that so many times and the last time I texted too much, my parents took away my phone and I haven't had it for almost a year. It stinks but I can live without a cell phone. For jobs, you can become a waitress at a resturant. If you have a local pizza resturant, you can work there. You can work at fast food joints such as Kentucky Fried Chicked, Wendy's, Burger King, McDonald's, Taco Bell, Dunkin Donuts, but you probably don't want to work at those places. Sonic would be a great place for you to work at but if none of these places apply to you, then you can babysit the kids around your neighborhood, do extra chores around the house and so on. You don't have a credit file till you turn 18 so what are they going to do to you? It might be possible that a 15 year old isn't even allowed to enter into a contract like that legally. Otherwise, good luck, you're going to need a job permit which you can get from school usually. [ clotito's advice column | Ask clotito A Question ]

Try cleaning houses, garages, attics, etc. Or babysit for close friends and family. Maybe make bracelets and sell them. Just because your 15 and underage for a job, doesnt mean you cant earn some serious DOUGH! [ Stacey64's advice column | Ask Stacey64 A Question ]

redxroses answered Tuesday April 19 2005, 8:47 pm: I think most people prefer to hire people at 16, but I know that in the place I live a lot of local owned restaurants hire 15 year olds. Good luck. :) [ redxroses's advice column | Ask redxroses A Question ]
