HELP!
Tryouts for cheerleading at on April 29th and i need help!!!
What are some good stunts? I can do the following..
Cartweel
roundoff
Front walkover
Jumps
Split
Heel Streach..
Is it better if i did a front walk over than if i did a cartweal roundoff jump?
I was thinking...
Roundoff Frontwalkover Split????

Wear a bottomless skirst and do a lot of backflips. You'll get in if the guys at tryouts judging you are guys.

Everything that you put down sounded great except you left out one thing try an advanced stunt in your routine because trust me if u make this then you will make the cheerleading squad, do a triple cartwheel with a backflip, attached and a round-off.

Most cheerleading routines don't have splits and walkovers in them so I would include those when you try out. Just simply do a roundoff and a jump and that will do it. If you want to do a roundoff, a front walkover, and a split, then do that.

I have to say judges don't like frontwalkovers. So just forget about those. They like to stick to basics or advanced stunts. So a cartwheel roundoff jump would be good. I hope I heped! &nearts; good luck

ive been a cheerleader for 10 years, and i dont suggest doing a roundoff frontwalkover, because its like... made up, its not really a tumble. Just to a plain roundoff, because if you can't do any tumbling, then they usually don't care what else you do. notice they dont put front walkovers or splits in a routine. And no, a cartwheel is NOT better than a roundoff or jump, cause a roundoff/jump is whatyou'll need.

wow! i tried out for cheerleading at my high schoola and i made it! im sure what i did will help you too! I did a front walk-over,cartwheel, roundoff, toetoach split. if you can't do a toetoach, just land with the spilt!
