I've gotten a lot of questions straight into my inbox. Do you give good advice? Is the link to your advice column out there for people to see and recognize? Let people know that it's there, post it wherever you can.

If putting it out there doesn't work and you're still not recieving many questions, you could always revert to the classic way of answering questions- the Give Advice column on the left.

Good luck.

It basically depends, buti usually get maybe 1 every 2 to 3 months so its normal... and the longer and more questions you ask and the higher your rating is the more inbox messages you will recieve, or so that what i believe because thats what seemed to happen to me lol

You're probably just new. If you give good advice and get a really high rating, you'll eventually be featured. Then people will think "oh, cool, this person is special." and they'll ask you for advice. Just be patient.

It really depends on if people want your help specifically for something, but there isn't any real way to get a message in your inbox unless you send one to yourself, but that's kinda weird.

No, most people on here rarley get questions sent to their inbox. You know why? Well for one, there are so many columnists to choose from. And two, people would rather have as many people as possible answer their questions..rather than one person. You know? So yeah...most people are in the same boat as you(including me). But dont worry, answer lots of questions and someone will ask you something eventually!

not that many people will send something directly to your inbox because if they do only you can answer it.most people on this site will post it on the main website so everyone can answer it and they could get more help.
