Hello there,
Are you drinking/ eating anything "diet?"
Aspartame, which is the chemical compound n*trasweet is made of, has a list of problems a mile long:

... plus a thousand others if you search google for the word "aspartame."
It seems to me that one of the MANY cases listed on the site was similar to yours.
If not, I would type the name of the antibiotic into google, in combonation with words like "side effects", "problems" or anything along those lines.
If your body is NOT actually shaking, and you just feel like it is, you should definately see a neurologist.
Let me know how you do,

a lot of rest is good, because it relaxes the body and calms teh muscles. it could also be an allergic reaction to the medicine or something flowing in your blood ]
We really can't help you much with medical issues other than telling to to see a doctor.
If your current doctor isn't finding the answers for you then see a diffrent one.Keep going to diffrent ones until you find one with the answers. ]
if you suspect anxiety, then you should probably seek help for it... talk to a doctor (psychiatrist)... they can recommend various things as well as try to help you figure out exactly why you have anxiety. Remedies range from regular exersize to drugs like Buspar.
Having high anxiety can and will effect your health in adverse ways.
Look over your diet, too. ]
