DangerNerd answered Tuesday March 29 2005, 1:31 am: How about that woman who's husband is starving her to death? How about the Grim Reaper standing with her husband and that prick of a lawyer to one side of her bed, and her holding a sign that says something like "Just because I can't talk, doesn't mean I am not alive!"
Research Terri Shiavo on google if you need to know more.
They say she is a vegetable. I have seen the results of a motorcycle wreck, and know what a vegetative state is... She is so totally NOT brain dead. Have you seen the videos of her?
Remember, political cartoons are supposed to make you think, not laugh.
By the way, my once schoolmate who had the motorcycle accident was in a persistive vegetative state. You could have stuck an icepick in his leg and he wouldn't have even blinked.
Send me a copy of whatever you draw, I would like to see it.
EJ47 answered Monday March 28 2005, 9:45 pm: Does it have to be current? If not, draw Reagan telling the Soviets we have Star Wars technology and that the moon is really the Death Star! He did that, but they thought we meant the movie, not the satellite defenses ;3 [ EJ47's advice column | Ask EJ47 A Question ]
collegedropout answered Monday March 28 2005, 9:33 pm: well i got this idea from a similar cartoon, i'm assumming your fairly old so hopefully you know the circumstances of what i'm about to talk about. There was a recent school shooting in my home state of MN i didnt here president bush say one thing until easter day about it, on the other hand he and many others have been up in arms about Terry Shivo(its a personal ordeal in my opinion). Maybe some sort of cartoon about his and many others silence on the shootings but not about Shivo. [ collegedropout's advice column | Ask collegedropout A Question ]
