To lose the fat or tone the area around your abs and stomach, above your hips, and thighs, you need to do the following exercises that I am going to mention for every part of your body that you want to lose fat in.

To lose the fat around your abs and stomach, you need to do abdominal exercises such as crunches and sit ups. Running and jogging will also help you lose weight around your abs. Doing cardio activites such as jump roping, kick boxing, and taebo will definitely help too.

To get rid of your love handles (the extra fat above your hips), you need to do side crunches. They are just like regular crunches, except you move to the side. Side crunches are the only type of exercise that will get rid of the fat above your hips.

To tone your thighs or get rid of some fat there, you need to do leg exercises such as leg lifts, squat, and lunges. Once again, running and jogging will also help you tone your thighs.

Click on this link to learn how to do each type of exercises that I have mentioned: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) and [Link](Mouse over link to see full location).

Once you get used to doing these exercises, you need to do more of them so you will see faster results and to tone the areas that you want to lose fat in. Losing weight in the areas that you have mention will take a while but if you keep on exercising and eating healthy, you will reach your goal of losing weight.

I hope this was the answer that you were looking for.

okay.. well everyone thinks theres something wrong with them - whether its weight, hair, or just the way you think you look - EVERYONE is self-conscious about something. ok now anyway, if your 5'1 128lbs and 13, your not really as fat as you probably think you are. If you exercise, and watch wat you eat, and have energy and feel like your pretty healthy, then dont worry about it. Now if you still think u have a problem, then counting your calorie intake can help you get where you want to be. Crunches, running, jump-rope, push-ups, and streching can help. Remember, everyone is different and you should like your body shape, but if u need anything else AIM me at h1p213l7 xo,

That's not fat! Look at your friends entry a little below your question. :)

Since you said it wasn't what you asked, try doing cardio (running, jogging, etc). It gets your heart rate up and speeds up your metabolism. Green tea also helps metabolism, and you should eat reasonably. By depriving yourself of calories, it slows down your metabolism, making you more susceptable to gaining weight.

Hope this helps!
