too skinny i wanna get fatter but ma matabalism is way to high and everyone thinks im anorexic or baliemic and they yell at me when i skip luch cuz i dont got ne money and they think i just say that to get them away so what do i do help me plz. i want to get muscular a fatter ne one kno how to do this

lols, im like you too, 13 and still 70 pounds. Join track, fitness, or if your school have it, the bike team (my school does). Since muscles weigh more than fat, it would do you good to gain some. erm, DON'T buy a crapload of Krispy Kremes because it doesnt help. I've tried eating a lot of junk food too, but with our fast metabolisms the fat and sugar would just e used away. Too much excerizing i guess =] ]
Try exercising more and not skipping meals if you can help it. If you exersise, then you will become more muscular. Hope my advice helps! ]
dont EVER skip any meals, if you forget lunch money often, put a post-it note on the back of your door so you remember. It worked for me. :) ]

Try asking a doctor. There are medicanes to help you. My friend had this problem also. She joined track and it helped her get bigger muscles. But ask your doctor if gaining weight is right. And do not use HGH defficence (sp?) pills unless you have HGH defficence. If you don't and take the pill its like using steriods. I hope I helped! ♥ good luck ]
Some girls are just naturally that way. Try getting a little for lunch if you can, or take food from home. To get muscular try cardio-aerbics. I recamend yoga and pilatres too. Running is always good. You can buy Yoga or pilates video tapes or DVDs at Wal*Mart for under ten dollars. Good Luck! ]
Ignore the columnist below because I'm just like you, except people don't call me anorexic or bulimic. To gain weight or to mess up your metabolism, start eating foods with a lot of carbs and calories in them. Eating at different times each day will even make your metabolism faster so you don't want to do that. If you want to get muscular, you just need to exercise or tone parts of your body that you want. Doing this may even make you look skinnier. Don't worry, there are other girls that are just like this and you aren't the only person who is experiencing this. It's not your fault that you are naturally skinny and have a fast metabolism. Your metabolism will slow down when you get older, trust me. As for the people who call you anorexic and bulimic, eat in front of them and show them that you aren't. Things will get better.
