paranoid?

Question Posted Tuesday February 22 2005, 1:54 pm

Everytime someone comes up and touches me, I get paranoid and start shaking violently. It's only when I don't know when someone is going to touch me. I get so freaked out, and I hate it. I always start shaking and I can't help it. I have to curl up when I'm shaking to try to control it. And after I stop shaking I end up getting paranoid for the rest of the day. I've always been like this, and I don't know whats going on. Any suggestions on what might help?

I think you should talk to your parents about this and ask them if you can see a physocholigist you need to find out what is wrong because i know that isnt normal.

You need to talk to a psychologist about this because this is a serious paranoia that probably none of us can help you with. If you have been having this paranoia for a long time, then you need to get some help.

hey hon..

I know this is personal, but have you ever been molested or touched "that way" by a person you didn't want to be touched in that manner by?

If so, that's why your reacting this way. You're remembering your last traumatizing experience and trying to protect yourself from it again. Of course it scared you if it happened and you should hate it.

If you didn't, I'm not sure what would be the reason. Nerves maybe?

Either way you should go see a counseler about it, who can get you professional help. :o)
