Make sure you drink plenty of fluids, try sucking a boiled sweet every now and then - that'll get the juices flowing.
If you are on medication it could also be due to that - some medicines can cause you to get a really dry mouth - if you are on any medication then read the patient information leaflet and see whether it coud be a side-effect. If so then talk to your pharmacist and they may be able to swap your medication (unless prescribed by a doctor)
DrummeR4LifE answered Monday February 14 2005, 1:26 am: drink more water... your probably dehidrated or even breathing through your mouht also makes your mouth dry because of the air (if its dry or cold) but all i can say is drink lots and lots of water... but not too much.

Mouthwash tends to dry your mouth out a lot. And just drink a lot of water. Try to avoid soda and salty foods. And once you get over being sick, your mouth will probably go back to normal. MFS answered Sunday February 13 2005, 11:31 pm: Are you on any sort of medication? Many medicines will cause dry-mouth as a side-effect. Most allergy medications can do this, as well as various other drugs.
Update: Tylenol, at least regular tylenol, shouldn't really cause it, to my knowledge. Tylenol, being acetaminophen, is just a antipyrretic / analgesic (fever reducer, pain reliever), so there's not much there to cause dry mouth. You might check what you've eaten, as some foods can cause it, or even check on the humidity of the air you're breathing - winter can be a pain on sapping moisture from your body.
