Hey my back really hurts, and i was wondering if anyone knew any good stretches for it? Please explain what you do too, and believe me i give all fives! Thanks

Those big exercize balls are really good for stretching out the muscles in your back.

They are pretty cheap and normally come with a book to show you how best to use it.

try getttin someone to crack it for you...like lay on your stomach, breath in, and as your breathing out have somone push down on the center of your back with their palms.or have someone walk on you....other then that just bend ova and touch ya toes...lol...or maybe you just slept on it funni...itll be better tomaorw

try doin the arch thing. Go on the floor and then put ur hands behind your ears and lift yourself up in an arch. I think that should help. Hope i helped!

Ok lay on the grond and lift ur right leg and left arm, do the same left leg right arm. then both arms both legs. hold each 1 for 30 sec.

You could start of by massaging yourself everyday. it helps keeps things loose. Crack your back too. Sit in a chair and grab a corner of the chair. ull on that corner turning the top half of your body. This should crack it. Ask friends to massage you. I'm really sorry, but I don't know any stretches. That stuff is all I know.
