Hey my back really hurts, and i was wondering if anyone knew any good stretches for it? Please explain what you do too, and believe me i give all fives! Thanks

Sit in a chair and grab a corner of the chair. ull on that corner turning the top half of your body. This should crack it. Ask friends to massage you. I'm really sorry, but I don't know any stretches. That stuff is all I know.
