my two friends that i love have been together for 6 months feb. would have been 7. anyway he just asked her for a break they both still love each other and all but i was wondering what break really meant. Like will they be able to see other people or what are the terms to a break?

A break usually means that they need some time a part. Probably to think things over that were going on in their relationship. You're basically apart, meaing you both can see other people and shouldn't get mad at eachother if anything happens between another person. Most people do go on breaks because their relationship was bad, but they mostly end up getting back together.

a break usually means: you two are still technically going out but are seeing other people. a break will mean that they will get back to gether but they need there space. Like they dont call eacother everynight and hug and kiss in public, not so lovey dovey.They probly both need some space, freedom. You chouldn't be worried bout them most likely the WILL get back together.

a break usually means: you're still dating but also dating other people so you're not official. and chances are with a break they'll get back together. he's probably just confused about things...take it from someone's who's been there and done that...everything will work out.

A Break means that they stop "being together" for a while. You know, like they stop acting lovey dovey and all that stuff. Sometimes a guy just needs him freedom for a while, you know? Just to feel the air...anyway, I hope I helped.

i hate that werd....break...Most guys tend to take that as, ok i still like this person but im gunna go see what other choices are out there, but most gurls tend to take it as...we just need som time apart, to think about shit....unless your a slut. so it just depends on the point of view
