No. It's probably just right. (And it's really cute). Why don't you just ask him if he would kiss you on the lips? You could even make a Valentine's Day asking for it for a present.

I still get kissed on the check sometimes (usually because he wants me to pay attention and kiss him on the lips).

no. dont worry about what other people say, as long as you both are comfortable with the pace you are going then there is nothing to worry about.

Your only 13!! Maybe he just doesnt want to kiss you yet. Maybe hes just not comfortable with that. All i can tell you is maybe you should ask him if something is wrong or maybe you should just make the first move. Maybe he's waitin on you! Go ahead and try. Couldnt hurt!

definetely not too slow. i have a friend and shes 14, and shes been going out with her bf for 2 months and they`ve only pecked eachother a couple times. theres nothing rong with it. it just means that the guy respects you and he doesnt want to push you to do any thing that you`re uncomfortable with. Yes, I do think he is going slow. He might not be ready for real kissing yet. Just give him time and if you want things to go faster you can try to make some moves on him.

Hey, don't worry, it isn't going too slow and things will be faster eventually. You're only thirteen and you only have been with your boyfriend for a few weeks so it's normal for things to be slow. Hope I helped :)
