jokerzgrl answered Thursday February 10 2005, 11:13 am: Don't get bigger ones, they hold more bacteria. My friend Rose says you're probably putting it in wrong. Are you putting it in at a 40 degree angle? Its not suppossed to hurt when it goes in or comes out. MAybe you're taking them out too soon, also.

jeanine278972 answered Tuesday February 8 2005, 6:20 pm: Don't get bigger ones.. just change them every 4 hours or so.. and check every hour make sure it hasnt leaked.. and if your takin it out too early.. then wait a little longer.. Its pretty easy to figure out how long u need to leave them in once you get used to them! [ jeanine278972's advice column | Ask jeanine278972 A Question ]

FrEe2bMe answered Tuesday February 8 2005, 5:52 pm: Hey there, well don't totatlly freak out. That happens to a lot of girls. Even though a tampon may not be full it can still leak for a couple of reasons: you may not have pushed it up far enough, or you may need a bigger size. Or sometimes you can just leak because of the shape. I think you should stick to the same size tampon you are using right now but maybe wear panty liner or thin maxi pad along with the tampon to keep yourself protected. If you still leak, but don't mind, stick with that. If you think you need to go up a size, go ahead. Just play around with it. It's not a big deal. :) [ FrEe2bMe's advice column | Ask FrEe2bMe A Question ]
