asked once before

Question Posted Monday January 31 2005, 11:18 pm

I asked this girl out once before and she turned me down for another guy, but she said that she really liked me she just wanted to see if there was anything between them. They just broke up recently. I still like her. Should i give it a try?

no being rejected once is bad enough being rejected a second time by a girl really sux and makes it weird between you two if youre friends. unless she makes the first move i wouldnt go there.

Why would you want to give this another try? Find someone who is worthy of your affection.

She turned you down because she wanted to see if there was anything between the other guy and her? That's pretty stupid of her and not nice at all. Even though, you like her and she likes you, go for it. But just make sure she's not playing you. Don't want you getting hurt again over her!

Try and feel out the situation again just to see if she was just saying that she liked you so she wouldn't hurt your feelings. Girls tend to make up excuses because they don't like to see people hurt. If it seems like she really does like you, then go for it.
