junk food i usually eat very very verryyy healithy (fruits, veggies, protein, etc). buttt everyonce in a while i have junk food cravings--a snickers bar or a slice of pizza or a package of sour patch kids---you get the idea. how often is it okay to have one of these things if you want to stay healthy and maintain your weight?

its fine to have junk food once in awhile escpecially wen you eat healthy all the time..you have to balance your body and it wont hurt your diet if u have it once in awhile.. these cravings are your body telling you that you need junk!! healthy overdose i guess you could say lol..eat healthy and junk food once in awhile and you`ll be fine! xOx risSii ]
its ok if you want to worry about your weight. ffirst of all its absolutely ok to have a snickers bar, pizza, etc. everyonce in a while. i mean you could eat a few junk food all day and have veggies for snacks or dinner. it can balance out your weight as in it will not let you gain any pounds. in other words its really ok to have junk food everyonce in a while if your trying to maintain your weight. i hope this helps! ]

its either your getting your period or your hormones are raging hich also means cravings big cravings ]
since u eat healthy couple slices of pizza are ok once a week like on friday and some candy during the week is fine because since your eating healthy u can have juk everyonce na d a while...hope i helped! ]

You shouldnt eat junk food if you want to stay healthy, because junk food makes you unhealthy, Duh ]
Well, it is ok if you pick one day a week where you are allowed to "pig out" It definatly would not ruin your diet and is actually needed for your body. ]
Its okay to cheat a bit esp. if you have a healthy lifestyle. To maintain your weight you have to make sure that you eat about your basal metabolic rate (number of calories your body burns to stay alive). It is when you eat in excess of this number that you gain weight, and if you eat less then this number you lose weight.
So figure out your BMR and as long as you stay active and are near that number, you don't have to worry about that.
