I have one on www.friendpages.com and you can make one there for free. and it takes you basically step by step and to get graphics and stuff you can use sites like www.minklesrealm.com, www.carrielynnsworld.com and www.starlightmks.com Hope i helped!

As i assume this is your first attempt at making a website, if you want to do this free you wont have a url like www.mysite.com, they can vary by the diffrent web builders there are.Here is a good site for a beginner website builder. www.freewebs.com, it has its own step by step creation to make your site. You need to buy a domain name! unless you go to like a site like goecites they give you frre web space! say you do buy a domain name make sure you know HTML because you cant have a site wihtout unless you have a web editor!

I think www.piczo.com is the best. There's no HTML + you can have like 15O+ pix for free, I think, + it doesn't expire. =)
