Two of my girlfriends have a problem with me. Apparently I am always flirting with guys they are interested in. One of my friends insists I am prettier then her (not, in my opinion true) and the other says I'm stealing them away because I am more sexually experienced.
Whenever they invite guys over to hang out with all our friends in a group I try to be friendly. We are a very tight group of friends and it can be awkward for a stranger so I talk to them and they are generally interesting guys. I have a boyfriend, and he has been present for a lot of these conversations and he doesn't feel I was flirting or being a tease, just being myself.
Anyways, I told my friends I thought that this was completely their baggage and their problem, not mine. But that I would try to not be so friendly to guys they invite along. Anyways, tonight one of them invited a guy out to dinner with us and he sat there the whole time looking awkward as my friend chatted with all the other people! Finally, during dessert I just started talking to him. Now everybody is pissed off with me! How can I make them see that this isn't polite and definitely not the way to turn a guy into a boyfriend? no matter how many different friends you have their are always going to be some jealous ones ant the friends that think that u are prettier than them do not have alot of selconfidence and maybe that is why the guy are more attracted to you you should tell your friends that maybe they should try some of the things you do make boys want you obviouslly you don't still the boys they like because you are not with them you are with your guy it is not your fault that your friends wont take action and talk to the guys you should explain this to your friend but make sure you make it clear that you are not making yourself sound better than them

I'm a really shy, boring, ugly girl. Don't say I'm not ugly, believe me, I look awful - frizzy hair, horrid skin, big teeth - you'd be sick if you saw me. I don't have a life. I don't ever go out or have fun anymore because the friends I have are so immature and I don't really like going out with them because they always end up bullying me or asking random guys out for me, it's so embarrassing, and the boys say something like, "No way, she's a minger". I can't make more friends because I hate talking so much and I feel sick just thinking about it. I have 2 best ever friends in the world but I moved house and I can only speak to them on the phone, I want to move back because I hate it here - but my mum won't budge. I really want a boyfriend and I'm lonely but I'm so ugly and boring that no guy would ever be interested. Why is it I'm so ugly, what have I done to deserve this? I hate being me. I don't know what to do because I can't change the way I look and I've always been shy. I'm 14 and never had a bf, and I know I'm not the only one who hasn't but I feel ready. No boy would ever like me :/ I don't really see the point in life because I never have fun, every week is the same, and my grades are slowly going down at school because I can't sleep at night any more. I just want to feel loved.. sorry if that sounds pathetic but that's what I feel like. They say there's someone for everyone out there, but I guess some people were made to be single. I don't want to be single, and with Valentine's Day coming up I feel even more depressed. Also if you can help, I really need to 'let myself go', like I want to have fun but I get worried I'll look stupid so I don't do it, how can I stop being scared of everything Sorry I have so many stupid problems but please help :'( (link)

i am so glad you asksed this question i will be more than happy to help you being that i had this problem once look it really is all in self confidence u have to think you look good for other people t hink you look good trust me and for your hair try flat curlers and if that dosen't work you can pull it back in a pony tell and wrap it around like a bun they are so cute and start wearing mabe tighter clothe trust you get used to it but if you have a little wieght on you you can still get tight stuff just not where it showing everthing you got and try wearing things that show you care about yourself like lipgloss or makeup if your parents allow it and it will take time to get out of the shy thing but you will eventually and once people start noticing you and wanting be your friend the shyness will go awa easily if want i could be your frien i know everyoone needs one so you email me personall at bowsghettogurl02@yahoo.com

well lately my friend, we can call her susen, has been really depressed lately. teachers have been noticing and she is starting to cut herself, when her other friend we can cal her lily goes to theropy for that now! she shows me and there not to deep but she told me how shes started to do it more now and shes scared. how can i help her? i mean i told her when she feels like doing it to call me and talk to other people. i dont no what else to do. i dont want to tell anyone becasue she might get mad and i told her i'll b here for her. what else can or should i do?

ok briana this is a touchy situation but i think i canhelp u your friend tells you she is scared that is a cry for help so help hertell acounselor but talk to her before you do it if she doesn't want u to do it ne way because she will relize you did it to help her

She wears clothes than aren't meant for her to wear (shorts skirts and waaaaay to low pants) We have known eachother for a reeeeeeeally long time and we are best friends but she seems.....distant and we fight a lot over stupid things. Sometimes she gets annoying because she goes out with a boy and then doesn't like him the next day.....! Some of her other friends agree too. Ok im a 14 year old girl that needs help! i cant wear tampons. ever time i try to put one in it doesnt go in all the way or it hurts. I've tried many times and its just not happening. THis is the problem. Spring break is coming up and im going to florida with a bunch of ppl, Just my luck its the same week as my period. I mean i cant wear a pad with a bathing suit! nd plus there are gonna b tons of hot guys. I cant talk to my mom bout this kind of stuff bc i live with my dad and i never see my mom, and i dont have an older sister. pleaseeee help (link)

ok my answer is a little wierd but mostly gross tampons are not made for soem peopple includig me i say go don't where a pad or anything else trust me no one will see n e thing plus the water helps stop up your flow just bring pad so when you change into regular clothes.

Some of my friends tell me that I shop at expensive places. I pretty much shop at Abercrombie, American Eagle, and sometimes at Express. But there's more expensive stuff that I could get. And they say that I'm ubsessed with Abercrombie because I have lots of stuff from there. Is this true?? (link)

my friend is 6 months pregnant and shes only 13 but i dont knw wot to do. i know i shudnt get involved but i'm the only person shes told and she has no intention of telling any1 else. her bf's a prik so he aint worth telling. i jus dont want sumthing to happen to her or the baby when i cud of helped by telling somebody. i dont want enyfin to happen but i dont want to loose a m8! i know you are her best friend but like you said you don't want anything to happen to your friend or the baby and she she is 6 months pregnant so it should already be showing but if it is not trust me it will be try to talk her into telling an adult trust me they won't have the reaction she thinks they will. an as for her sorry boyfriend tell her to tell him to get lost
