Allie1 answered Tuesday January 18 2005, 1:24 pm: Ok I can help you here! DO NOT USE ANY OF THAT STUFF ON EYEBROWS..Unless sight is not that big a deal for you.... What type of dye are you talking about? I mean specifically what type? What color are you dying your hair. If you are going lighter the semiperminent will not really do that. Since it is taking color out of your hair strands. You will have to use perminent which is not a big deal cuz you can always go darker... Now if you are going darker just get an eyebrow pencil and fill in the eyebrows. Go only 2 shades up or two shades down to complement your skin tone. It ends up looking dumber especially when the natural color shows through. Even if you're trying a new and different hair color you need something that complements you. I color my hair blonde and my natural color and eyebrow color is about 2 shades darker. [ girlygirl's advice column | Ask girlygirl A Question ]
