Ok. I am liking this chick already! She likes horses? I love horses! lol (fascinating tidbit..) so, Broadway is expensive, and if you don't live near New York, driving up there is expensive too. So, you could always find a local barn and get a trail ride there with her. That's what I would do... but I don't have to, I have horses lol. Sorry. I am in a good mood. Ok, but you have to do something for your 13th birthday. I didn't. I admit, I was upset that I was "officially" a teenager, and it brought with it more responsibilities, privilidges, and problems, and didn't get to hang out with my best friend. But, I am ok.., right guys?... Guys? (ok, I am in a REALLY good mood)
You could take her to a movie, and a horse ride, if Broadway isn't an option.. but Broadway sounds like a lot of fun. So, grab your best friend, and hit the road, singing and cantering into the sunset! (don't canter if you cant trot, and don't trot if you cant walk, and please do not walk if you cant mount your own horse!:D)

If I were you, I would throw a surprise party. Talk to her parents about when you could set one up so that she will actually be able to come first. If you talk to them, they may even contribute some money towards it. Make sure you invite all of her friends (people you know SHE would want to be there to celebrate) even if you do not care for these people. Other than that, plan away!

I think a broadway show is a great idea, but would u want any other close friends? I mean,if you go see a broadway show it will only u and her, but she might have wanted a huge bash. Another idea is to go to a ranch, she likes horses and a ranch isn't quite as expensive as broadway!

The broadway show sounds like a good idea. I think that might be the best idea.
