i am very gassy. I know I know, it sounds so gross, and i am alwyas so embaressed about it , but i dont know what to do. I alwyas get gas everywhere i go, at the mall, at the movies at school and even at home! Its not what im eating because i eat very healthy. And my mom says its stress, but i know its not becase besides the gas, im happier than i have ever been. And also its not silent gas, and its very smelly. I ALWAYS get so red when i have gas on the bus or in class, and everyone looks at me. I don know what to do , i have tried medicines and stuff but theuy never seem to work! help!!!

Well you get alot of gas so what you should do is drink alot of water take some veges and everything would stop. But try not to eat so much junk food or it would come bac again. ( expecially baked beans or eggs.)

Yes, it is what you are eating. Eating healthy promotes gas because it stimulates your digestive system. Also vegetables and fiber rich foods that are the best for your health and well being are the foods that cause the worst and smelliest gas. This doesn't mean stop eating right, it just means you may need to invest in Bean-o and possible Lactaid if you have problems with milk products. You can buy Lactose reduced milk that will help decrease gas and though a little more expensive it is just as good as regular milk. You may want to talk to your doctor if you've tried the bean-o and stuff and it hasn't worked well for you. It maybe that you can work with him to find supplements to relieve the problem. Good Luck!

its not stress and it actually lies within your appitite. try not to eat much dairy and try over the counter stuff like gas-x and other stuff similar to it. there realyy is tons of stuff out there.

Hey! your foods could actually make a difference. Look up foods that do not create gas on the internet and onces that do. Maybe something you eat really often could be causing you to gas.
