about 14 weeks

Im going to florida in about 14 weeks. I was wondering if anyone oculd estimate how mugh weight i could lose in that amount of time. i eat healthy and excersise a lot now. what do you think?

If you eat healthy, and you get enough exercise, you shouldn't need to lose weight. Are you sure you're eating right and not too much?

Well it depends on your body and how fast it loses weight. You could lose about 10-30 pounds if you keep on eating healthy and exercising. Hope I helped :)

uhmm.. sorry.. i dont know for sure.. but.. when i was in utah for 3 weeks.. i lost 10 pounds.. :) so.. idn.. maybe you could loose a lot :)

Florida!! Its SoOoOo much fun there!! If you are eating healthy and excercizing alot then thats the way to go. Run/Jog/Walk alot. And do crunches!! That helps!-trix
