I have a snotty friend
I have this friend named Heidi, and shes a really fun girl to hang out with. I know she has a rough time at home because her brother and her are really close and when he does pot and crap she gets super mad and cries really bad because he soon before stopped. Her sister also drinks and she has to babysit for her 1 year old neice (sisters baby). By the way the sister is not married. Or w/ the boyfriend w/ the baby anymore. Um, yeah, anyways, i thought that backround info might help, but, she is such an energized person at school and to hang out with. very fun to hang out with. but sometiems most of the time she can be snotty. its her personality. she will be like your a bitch! and stuff as a 'joke' and she knows ALL the swear words possible.. cock sucker pussy licker, bitch, hoe, skank, etc. yeah, so shes realy good at comebacks. anyways, yeah, im the kind of person thats sorta dumb and stuff like slow on things, they call me a total dumb blonde and the most blonde i have is highlights bcuz im a brunette. anyways, yeah, she'll be like ERIN SUCKS shout that when i bowl like the other day, and then she'll randomly hit me and stuff like punch me and then she started hitting me HARD and it hurt im like what r u doing she goes IM BORED im like ummm ok... and the whoel time she was walking around in her tightest jeans and tighest shirt and she has a big butt big boobs shes pretty kinda and idk, she was walking around like she was the king of the world, queen i mean, and she was stickingher chest out and crap. it just annoys me so bad. and she'll make fun of me as a quote joke unquote and shell laff and im like no.... not funny that hurt. but i cant confront her w/ all the stuff she does because this other girl that did she got totally ditched by her and isnt friends w/ her. im in the popular crowd and part of me doesnt want to lose being in there because u know everyone wants to be in it. im in 8th grade by the way, and im sick of her pushing me around. i mean by "ignoring" herpunching me and crap, part of it is just letting her do it and push me aroudn more. idk. my screen name is takemeaway032 on aim. ill give you more info ifyou would like. thanks os muhc, please give advice!!!!! :-\

Hunnie, I'm so sorry. I went through this in 6th grade. But for the girl with me, her home-life was really good. I'm thinking maybe your friend is just really stressed out and she takes it out on you, because you're there. I guess maybe you need to talk to her when she's over your house, or when you're on the phone or computer. She sounds really mean, and you really shouldn't tolerate her hitting you. I know fighting isn't the best solution, and violence is never the answer, but my mom always told me, "If someone hits you first, you have the right to beat the hell out of them. And, never make the first hit."
So if she hits you again, I would hit her back, but it's up to you. Give her a reality check, and act the same way. But the best way to get it through to her, is to talk to her about it, because it's not fair to you, and it's not nice either. Don't let it get to you. She's stressed. When she's in one of her cool to hang out with moods, you need to sit her down and tell her that what she's doing is wrong and it's upsetting you. Tell her that it really hurts when she punches you and stuff. I think I know the reason why she's doing this. Some people, when they're in tough times, tend to want to want to hurt others, so they're not the only ones hurting. And they try to act like they're the best so they can feel better. Tell her you still want to be her friend, and you're going to help her through this, but to please stop making fun of you and hitting you, because it really upsets you. Maybe even suggest she sees a counseler or just talk to someone like a parent or relative. Good luck, hope everything works out!

she doesn't sound like a good friend, but youve been there for her for a while, and now shes def changed, talk to her about it, my friend used to do that to me, until i punched her in the face cuz i got super mad at her then she realized to stop after we got in a fight, not fist fight, she stopped talking to me for a week then were bffs again, so dont worry bout it too much, just talk to her and if she gets mad at u, you got more friends so its not seriously a big loss, but still talk to her and see what happens, hope things work out, x0 Renee

You friend needs to see a theripist. Try Telling her this when shes in one of her good moods. As her friend, it's your job, Partially of course, to help her through tough times. If her mom and dad are around, tell her she NEEDS to talk to them about this, or else she could be put in Foster Care. i think maybe she just wants attention -- shes not really getting it from her brother and no longer her sister because she drinks and shes constantly watching her sisters baby .. i think maybe she wants to be noticed but in the wrong ways ..
