Ok, i like this guy, lets call him Ryan. And im positive that he likes me back. But i get really nervus around him. I'm not shy to call him but i sound all shaky when i talk because of the nervusness. (sp?) Should i ask him if he wants to go to a movie with me and my friend to get to know him better?

Oh yes defidently. If you ask him, it will let him know that you do like him and possibly break the ice so he can ask you to go somewhere next time.
