I would go to the Dermatologist. They'll probobly give you a antibiotic to take away the reddness and a stronger cream. Whatever you do don't mash them or touch the area it will just make it like 10 million times worse!! Try Clean and Clear Oil Free Deep Action Cream Cleanser. It works really well for me and it makes your face all tingly :) Clean and Clear also has medicated concealer that helps clear up your acne while your wearing it.

I have a really great brand called Origins Spot Remover. It's amazing and I know how annoying that can be...I have the same thing on my chin. You simply apply the stuff only on the acne, nothing else. You let it dry, and in a few days it will start to flake off. It's amazing stuff. The bottles are really small, and $20 a piece, but definetely worth it. They will sting if the acne is open, so be sure to not pick at them the day you put them on. Apply once or twice a day (depending on how fast you want it to go away) and wait for it to come off, don't force it or you might get scars Trust me, this stuff REALLY WORKS.

Yes, I had the same issue, and my skin now looks better than it ever has. Try to use something with 2.5% Benzel Peroxide, like Netrogeana Acne Spot Treatment. Don't apply too much, or else your face may itch, but it really works, and in like 5 days.

Actually i know people think that the most expensive stuff works but it doesnt. At wal-mart (lol)in the face cleaner acne stuff there is a cream called Acne cream its like a equate brand but it works really good. At first it may sting but believe me its worth the pain.

Try going to your doctor and getting a subscription. Also, if you haven't tried already, try Clearisil Ultra. I've never tried it, but it looks like it works really good. Good luck!
Hope I helped!

Have you tried tinted Clearasil? You probably have, since you said you've tried everything. But there's this prescription stuff called BenzaClin that worked wonders for me. You should ask your doctor about it.

When I was younger I had problems with acne too. The best thing to do is go to a dermatologist(sp?)... They will look at it and give you a perscription. Usually its a cream and then a pill you take once at night and once in the morning. It starts to work within a couple weeks. If you dont want to go to that extreme, you can buy Clean and Clear Invisible Blemish treatment. You just rub a little on your pimples after washing your face. Stridex pads work good too but get the sensitive kind if you have sensitive skin. Using a lot of acne treatment can dry out your skin and make things worse. So I would use a little moisturizer in the mornings. If you have anymore questions you can IM me on aim, reflektionofme. Hope I could help you. Good luck!
