Well my friend got her's pierced a few months ago. I'd say about a 5 or 6, its not that bad she said. Just make sure that when you get it done, you have a place that cleans the tools correctly or uses disposable ones just so you don't get infected. ((*~Julia*~))

I haven't gotten my belly button peirced but my sister and some friends have, they say that it doesn't hurt unless you look at it , so i'd say 6 or 7 at the most

It doesn't hurt too badly...I'd put it as as "5". Keep yourself distracted, and you'll be fine.

the pain varies for everyone. some people can take things like that really well and some people just cant. i would rate it like a 1 or 2. but thats just my opinion.

it doesn't hurt real bad, it's a 5...only because it's more of an annoying pain than anything. I actually asked my dude to make it hurt, but inside hoped he would know I was joking. Go ahead and get it done...it's worth it.

I personally have not gotten my belly button pierced, but I've heard it hurts about 7/10 and requires intense care, but the pain goes away after about a month and then most people say its worth it.
