Well, it would help if we knew what topics you needed help with specifically. There are lots of web sites out there that explain science topics for kids. Even as an adult, if I don't understand the stuff on the topic written at my level, I will search the web and see if there is anything written about it for elementary school students and work my way up from there.

Physical Science covers a lot of things, so I'm not sure where to point you. I also don't know if your in middle school, high school, or taking a college level intro class.

As for test taking strategies for science classes, I've developed a few as I was never all that good in science. If you're supposed to memorize equations and have trouble with them, look them over right before you walk into the test and then write them all down on the top of the test paper as soon as you get it. If your supposed to show your work, don't erase unless you run out of room on the paper. Cross out stuff that you tried if it turns into a dead end. You may get a point for a part of one of those dead ends. Draw a picture and label things. Use arrows to represent movement and forces. That's usually worth a point.

You will get more helpful answers here if your request looks more like "My physical science class is currently covering the electromagnetic spectrum. I'm in high school and doing poorly in the class. Can you point me towards anything that I can use to help me learn this? Do you have any test taking strategies for science classes that require you show your work?"
