xoRachel answered Friday November 26 2004, 1:54 pm: Ok well if you want to crack it then have your right hand on your left shoulder and your left hand on your right shoulder and hold on to it and then have somebody pick you up from behind. Make sure they grab around your waist or stomach, you might have to try a couple times to see what works best for you. If you want your back to stop being pained, go see a chiropractor or try taking cartilage pills. They rebuild the cartilage and my dad takes it and he's not having back pains as bad or as often anymore. That could be the case for you =c). Hope I helped! bumdinger27 answered Friday November 26 2004, 12:36 pm: what I do is i sit in a chair straight then take my arms and turn them to left grabbing the backseat of the chair keep pulling your arms and you can feel it in your back, it should crack, then do it for the other side.
Another thing you could do is if you have a workout ball but your back on it and rolling, that sometimes helps.
Also if you have someone who can help you crack your back you can stand with your back facing the other person and put your hands crossed on your shoulders and get the person to lift you up and kinda shake you a bit, my bf always does it and it cracks my back. OR you lie on the ground with your stomach down and you get the person to carefull push down on areas of your back you want cracked [ bumdinger27's advice column | Ask bumdinger27 A Question ]

aNgeLxfOrEvEr answered Friday November 26 2004, 10:45 am: Don't crack it so often. If you crack bones too much, eventually they won't work as well (As I've heard..). You should go to a chiropractor. They help a lot. They'll put everything back where it's supposed to be. Believe me, I've been there before..and it makes it much better. Just try not to make it a habit of cracking your back. It's not good for you.. [ aNgeLxfOrEvEr's advice column | Ask aNgeLxfOrEvEr A Question ]
AsKmE135 answered Friday November 26 2004, 1:00 am: Sit on the floor with your legs staight in front of u. Cross your right leg over ur left leg, with ur foot on the ground next to ur knee. Then turn ur back looking over your right shoulder and it should crack. Then do the same thing but put your left leg over your right leg and turn ur back looking over your left shoulder. Be sure to keep ur butt on the ground and try to keep ur hips in place and turn ur lower back. If ur back wont crack, then u can atleast stretch it like that for a few seconds. You can also stretch out ur back by doing a "bridge." (put ur feet and hands on the ground and then push up, arching ur back with ur head off the ground and hold it for about 7 seconds) Sry if this was confusing but i hope it helps!!
