Well I've Liked This Boi Jeff For 4 Years And He Finally Nos I Like Him and I Found Out That He Likes Me To. But I Asked Him Out and He said I Don't Know. But I'm Going to Hang Out with Him Today He's Perfect for me My Parents Like Him My Brother aproves of Him..(which that never happens). I think maybe you're doing a good job already, you can't force someone to like you, just try to keep your cool and be yourself, but let him know you like him by showing it (hugs here and there are a good start). use eye contact like what he says is so important to you and just try to feel comfortable around him because a guy knows when you're able to have good control of yourself and it's attractive to them. If he says he doesn't know about going out with you, you should make up a pretend boyfriend and that will make him really jealous, if he still doesn't seem interested, give up and go hang out with your imaginary boyfriend.

well i think you should make sure he likes you first before you express your feelings and tell him how you feel. because if he says he lieks you, after you say you like him. it may turn out to be like a complete explosion that just blows up in your face. by saying this i mean he could be lying because he jsut wants girls to like him..

Tell him how you feel. Just say "i really like you and i think we would have a really good chance that if we go out we would be together, and i really want to b with you"..stuff like that. and ask him out again. if he says no, just ask him why. just tell him how you feel about him and everything will work out.

If you already know he has feelings for you, then just keep on doing whatever it is that you've been doing! That obviously worked, lol. Maybe he just has his reasons for not wanting a girlfriend right now. Just keep talking to him and try to strengthen your relationship. Don't be too pushy though! Give him time.
