double spaced?


Question Posted Tuesday November 16 2004, 4:27 pm

i have to write a 2 page essay, and it has to be double spaced. i have Microsoft Works Word Processor, and i cant figure out how to make it double spaced! (and i cant just press enter after every line because it will get screwed up when i print it) so if anyone knows how to do it tell me, thanks!

is it in the place where you go to format..then paragraph or spacing..and then in there..at the bottom it says single..then theres a pull down thing and then you just go to double!

Control and two at the same time. You could also go to format paragraph spacing and go to 2.0!

every one elses is right, but easier is to type it out completely it might not seem like much at first but then highlight everything and right click on your mouse then go to paragragh then choose double in the bottom right corner radio box!

Hey! Go to the top of the page where is says format. Then click paragraph. Then click the drop down menu and pick double spaced! Hope I helped! -- Taliaa --

Yay! Finally a question I can answer! We just went over how to do this in our keyboarding class at school. Finally proves itself useful for something. Anyway, just press Ctrl 2 to double space the document. If you need to go back to single spacing,

go up to the toolbar at the top, click on the format menu, scroll down and click "paragraph..." then when the format paragraph box pops up click on the spacing tab
