i have a knee problem - osgood schlatters. does anyone know anything that i could do to help it not hurt [as much]? i'm a runner and i have a knee brace and i ice it if it hurts a bunch but are there any stretches that i could do that might help? thanx :D

It was very hard for me to do gymnastics which at the time i was doing 9 hours a week. Now I do 14 and my knee hardly ever bothers me because I didn't wear a knee brace and my muscles got stronger.
