im 5'2 and about 126 lbs hey every1.okay i know ALLLL the diet tips and the right fo0ds to eat and the excerise plans, etc, alllll of it... Im about 126-127 lbs, and im 5'2..I want to go down to 120 but I dont know how to STAY on the diet..I need motivation..Like sometimes Ill just be like aww screw it and just eat w/e, then right after i eat it i feel really depressed, etc..Any tips on how to STAY on a diet and STAY motivated?? Thanks!

when i wanted to lose some weight, i recruited a friend. we kept each other in check. it actually worked out great! good luck ]
i usually just think of that dress or bikini i wanna look kickass in. think of how great it will feel that youve slimmed down. that will last alot longer than a couple of bites of ice cream. ]
well, its all about choices. When you go to pick up that 3rd slice of pie think for a second, do i really want to gain wieght instead of loosing wieght? you dont have to stop eating (never do that) just eat less and exercise more. or if you have a big dinner eat half of whats on your plate or dont go back for seconds.

whats the point in losing 6 or 7 lbs it wont even be noticeable...but maybi get some pictures of how u want to look and put them certain places like on your mirror so wen u awake up and look at them and be like soon if ii keep doing what im doing ill look like that or maybe like make a deal with yourseld if i lose this weight ill buy a whole new outfit for myself or something like that ]
Get a friend to do it with you. Tell everyone that you are going on a diet and ask them to motivate, encourage, and support you. Put up signs on your doors saying "you can do it... resist the urge to eat! Stay healthy" and if you get the urge to eat... think about what you will look like if you keep gaining weight and what you will look like if you start losing weight. ]
...buy something, a pair of pants, a dress, a shirt, that you love, and that you know will look fabulous on you after you lose the weight, and put it somewhere so that you see it every day. whenever u start to say screw it...think of it, and how much u wanna wear it.
also...keep things around like almonds, carrots, and other raw vegetables so that when you have the craving to snack on something, you eat those instead of something thats bad for you.
