I have always been worried about how i look in a bathing suit. This December i am going on a cruise and i really would like to look great in a 2 piece. Does anyone know any good work outs or diets i could go on just to shed some pounds in time for it so i dont look weird. (Most of the problem is my stomach and my legs) PLEASE HELP!

I think you should run and do sit ups/crunches. running is for your legs, the other is for your stomach. Also eat healthy. Don't eat lots of candy, cookies and other junk food. A lot of foods like that will not only make youi fat but theyll give you zits. Eat saleds and sandwiches. When you make sandwiches make them in a wrap, not with bread. Ask your mom about what you should eat to lose weight. Just don't stop eating, You would look too skinny. Good luck!!!!

KiLLeROnDaCourT answered Sunday November 7 2004, 9:45 am: ok if you want to lose some weight, the best thing 2 do is replace it w/muscle. with ur legs, u can run around ur neighborhood, bike, rollerblade or something like that. with ur stomach, you can do crunches everyday. whatever you do, dont go on any carb diets. u need carbs 4 energy. so i would suggest eating foods like salads, breads, fruits and veggies. hope i helped ya! you're being too self consiouse, but if you must know, don't go on a no-carb diet! you need carbs, do sixty crunches every day, twenty in the morning right after breakfast, twenty in the afternoon (if you arent home then just wait til you get home) and twenty at night right before you go to bed. do you have a treadmill? go on that for a few hours every other day or even every day. if you don't have a treadmill, try and go runnning everymorning (or everyother) get into sports and try and do as best as you can. I know this seems like a lot,but it really isn't. if you want you can do 30 crunches everyday 10 in the morning and sooo on. crunches are not sit ups! sit ups are VERY bad for your back, ask someone you know about how to do crunches because it is very hard to explain.
