I have always been worried about how i look in a bathing suit. This December i am going on a cruise and i really would like to look great in a 2 piece. honestly the best way to get into shape is to run. even if u just run 10 minutes a day it will help. try eating healthier and stay away from carbs too. and if u want to look thinner through the middle.. do crunches every day.

as long as ur confident with the way u look then thats all that matters. screw them if they think a size 3 is fat because its not. besides theres not that much of a difference between a 1 and a 3 anyways.. i mean every clothes brand is different. but if u feel like ur gettin bigger than just run more.
