WEIGHT LOSS

Listen, i am 13, and im not REALLY fat, but i am really short, and therefore, even with a sizy 26 waist, i look fatter than those with size 30 waists. I want to diet, but I dont want to pay for those online thingamagigs - (I dont have the money!) do you know any good ways in which o could lose weight? IM OPEN TO SUGGESTIONS, PLEASE, HELP ME!)

Start eating healthy like no candy or junk food. Drink only water and try to cut down your portion size. If you get hungry in between meals, eat fruit or veggies. exersise 2. like running and pilates. pilates will tone your body and running will be your cardio. hope i helped. xoxoxoxo ~Kerri~

honestly the best way to get into shape is to run. even if u just run 10 minutes a day it will help. try eating healthier and stay away from carbs too. and if u want to look thinner through the middle.. do crunches every day.

Hay!! I have some great advice for you. I read a story n Chicken Soup for the kids soul and the story was about this guy who tried to loose weight by starving himself. He went from 115 pounds to 85.5 pounds. But please dont try starving yourself to be skinny, there are other ways! My dad is a docter, what you have to do is cut down the cokes and exersize everyday. You have to keep your exersize up everyday! Good luck! I know my advice works!

eat healthy. try get a salad at lunch, cut out sweets and carbs (bread, pasta) and do crunches. send me a message if you need more help!!!
