ok im 13 and have always been energic. Ever since this school school year started ive been exusted every day after school. Its so bad that i acually want to take naps (ive never done that). i don't do after school programs so those can't wear me out. plus for the last 3 days ive done nothing but want to eat (also never done this before). i have no idea wats wrong and i can't go on like this. plz help i'll rate.
p.s. i can't take naps after school i have no time!

hey hun--if these weird things are happening talk to your parents about it and try to get an appointment with the doctor. it could be something as little as a growth spurt, but its a good idea to get it checked out...let me know how evrything goes!! ~jasmine ]
I've been the same way lately. For the food part, you're probably just growing and need more than normal or you're using up what you eat faster by being active. For the being tired, you either aren't getting enough sleep or you're wearing yourself out during the day by walking all over the school to get to classes and stuff. That's what happened to me when i went from the elementary school to the high school. It was such a big change in the size and how far I had to walk that I was constantly tired. If it keeps up though, you should probably ask a doctor. ]
well i am your same age and i feel the same way..maybe you should get more sleep at night..and make sure you eat breakfast so you do get energy in the morning..and maybe instead of munchin all the time.maybe you should go for a walk with some friends..get out there and exercise and get your mind off food! = ) ]

Nothing is happening to you those symptoms mean your growing. its a good thing if your really short ]

Hon, dont worry yuor growing, your body will be more tired. but i suggest after you wake up and eat, go for a jog or sumin, dont let the food just sit there or else it will all turn into fat. ]

go to sleep earlyer and drink coffe or u could try sugar .this also happens to me somtimes .may be your so used to sleepin in all the time in the summer . good luck . ]
