ok im 13 and have always been energic. Ever since this school school year started ive been exusted every day after school. Its so bad that i acually want to take naps (ive never done that). i don't do after school programs so those can't wear me out. plus for the last 3 days ive done nothing but want to eat (also never done this before). i have no idea wats wrong and i can't go on like this. plz help i'll rate.
p.s. i can't take naps after school i have no time!

For the food part, you're probably just growing and need more than normal or you're using up what you eat faster by being active. For the being tired, you either aren't getting enough sleep or you're wearing yourself out during the day by walking all over the school to get to classes and stuff. That's what happened to me when i went from the elementary school to the high school. It was such a big change in the size and how far I had to walk that I was constantly tired.
